Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend access for security or operational reasons
• Modify or discontinue features at our discretion

Fees and Charges

Our pricing plans are available on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
• Authorize recurring payments for subscription plans
• Pay any applicable taxes in addition to the fees
• Maintain valid payment information on file

Billing Cycle

• Monthly Plans: Billed on the same day each month
• Annual Plans: Billed on the same day each year
• Trial Periods: Begin immediately upon signup
• Upgrades/Downgrades: Prorated charges/credits may apply

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• Within 30 days of purchase for annual plans
• For unused portions of prepaid services
• If services are materially defective or unavailable
• At our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances

License to KonnectStores

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Store, process, and display your content on the Platform
• Use your content to provide and improve our services
• Backup and replicate your content for data protection
• Use anonymized data for analytics and service improvement

Content Standards

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or third-party rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Promotes illegal activities or hate speech

Illegal Activities

• Sell illegal or restricted products
• Engage in money laundering or fraud
• Violate export control or sanctions laws
• Infringe intellectual property rights

Platform Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

Commercial Restrictions

• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform
• Use the Platform to create a competing service
• Scrape or collect user data without consent
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

Our Property

KonnectStores and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in:

• The Platform software and source code
• Trademarks, logos, and branding elements
• Documentation, tutorials, and educational materials
• Aggregated and anonymized usage data

Your Property

As mentioned in Section 5, you retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your:

• Product listings and inventory data
• Customer information and order history
• Store design and branding elements
• Marketing materials and promotional content

License to Use Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Platform for your business
• Use our templates and design elements for your store
• Integrate with approved third-party services
• Access documentation and support materials

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription in account settings
• Contacting our support team
• Following the cancellation process outlined in our help center

Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By KonnectStores

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
• Required by law or government request
• You fail to pay fees when due

Effects of Termination

• Immediate loss of access to the Platform
• Deletion of your store and customer data (after 30 days)
• No refund of prepaid fees (except as required by law)
• Continuing obligation to pay any outstanding fees

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:

• No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• No warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements
• No warranty regarding third-party services or integrations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KonnectStores shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss or corruption of data or information
• Damages exceeding the fees paid in the last 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KonnectStores from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your products or business practices
